Welcome! For the past eight years, I have established myself as a strong professional in the graphics industry. Producing the highest quality work, meeting rigid deadlines, and building solid relationships with clients.

I have 7 years of experience at a professional level with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, working in a highly competitive, fast paced and color critical environment. Always with an emphasis on producing artwork that is clean, consistent and production ready. I have several years of experience with Quark Express, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat, web design experience using HTML, Javascript, CSS, Adobe Dreamweaver/ Go Live, Macromedia and Adobe Flash.

I am comfortable in both MAC and Windows environments, and capable in Microsoft Office applications.

With over 18 years of experience in customer service, I'm very comfortable working closely with clients and customers at both corporate and personal levels. I also have 18 years of people and project management experience — including interviewing, hiring/ firing, training and general leadership. My focus has always been creating a comfortable atmosphere while maintaining a high level of productivity.

I have 6 years of experience working with photographers both in conjunction with and as a proxy for creative directors, I've built a solid understanding of a wide gamut of creative processes, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to a mutually beneficial end.
